All purchases made on the AllayRival store are final. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Purchases are used to support the development, maintenance, and hosting of the AllayRival server.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all payments are non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Accidental purchases

• Changing your mind after purchase

• Being banned or punished on the server

• Not liking the product after purchase

• Failure to read product descriptions or server rules

If you are permanently banned, muted, or otherwise restricted from the network, you are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• The purchased item was not delivered due to a technical issue

• The issue cannot be resolved by our staff

Any approved refund is at the sole discretion of the AllayRival staff team.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

• Your account may be permanently banned from the AllayRival Server

• You may be blacklisted from future purchases

• Any active perks or items will be revoked

If you experience an issue with a purchase, contact our support team first so we can assist you.
