REFUND POLICY
All payments are non-refundable and final. Attempting a chargeback or filing a transaction dispute will result in an immediate and irreversible ban from all of our systems. It may take anything from 1 to 20 minutes for your purchase to be acknowledged in-game. If you have not been reimbursed after this time period, please start a support ticket on our forums and provide proof of purchase, and we will investigate your case. All payments are non-refundable and final.
